That's cool. I use a plugin to access Twitter from Skype. I've heard about Jabber but don't have a clue what it's for. :)

Jabber is just an open source IM client and server, Google Talk is based on Jabber. It's pretty cool, but it lacks some features that Yahoo and the major IM's have.

Hmm, maybe I'll look again at it. Found the page a bit confusing but might have been more of an access issue for me on the mac.
Wow! I could go for that. :) I just wish the buttons on Plurk had alt text so I'd know what I'm clicking.
That is possible, and they may not have a layout that is easily handle by screenreaders. A lot of sites still don't support the visually impaired.
Ah, you can't read them either. Good, I was thinking it might be a Mac issue.
I still think Jaiku will be the prevalent choice if only because Google's behind it.
